Cancellation Policy –
Your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hour notice for ANY changes or cancellations to the appointment time selected or type of service chosen (in email or iMessage). This policy is strictly enforced. If insufficient notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge in full, or deduct accordingly from any prepaid packages. This policy also applies to ‘same-day bookings’ (for services which require a deposit or credit card for booking). The day of the booking, the deposit amount will be applied to the service. A credit card number is required in order to reserve. The card will not be charged unless customer fails to provide sufficient notice for any changes or cancellations. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Gift Certificate / Gift card policy –
Gift cards will be delivered to you activated and ready to use. Please treat them like cash. Body.Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not refundable, cannot be sold and are not transferable. Gift cards or gift certificates do not expire.
Return/Refund Policy –
All prepaid packages and single services are final sale. Body tabs are not transferable or refundable, all products are final sale. Gift cards are not refundable, cannot be sold and are not transferable.
